Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-In Confirmation
By providing your mobile number and subscribing to our SMS services, you agree to receive recurring autodialed marketing messages, updates, notifications, and information about community resources, events, and programs provided by the PROG Foundation. Upon subscribing, you will receive a confirmation message containing:
- Program name
- Message frequency varies.
- Customer support contact information
- Opt-out instructions (e.g., “Text STOP to unsubscribe”)
- Disclosure of “message and data rates may apply.”
Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages at any time, text “STOP” to the relevant short code provided in the program description. A confirmation message will be sent, and you will no longer receive messages from that program. You can rejoin by texting “JOIN” to the respective short code.

Our programs are supported by major carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Boost, Sprint, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
